Bruges Crochet is based on antique Bruges lace, a type of bobbin lace made in Flanders/Belgium during the lace-making heyday of the mid-17th century and beyond. Learn to recreate the delicate ribbons and flowing lines of traditional Bruges lace in crochet. Students can work in any weight thread or yarn they wish to learn the techniques, so if you aren’t a thread person you can still enroll in this class!
