We are so excited to share Fiberworld 2021 with you!  The event will be held from July 21-25, 2021.  As with Fiberworld 2020, we are offering our attendees a ‘ticket’ to the event that gives them access to not only the marketplace, but content that represents our vision to bring together talent and knowledge in fiberworks from across the globe via 2 stages and several virtual lounges.

When is my application due?

When is payment due?

Upon approval of your application you will be invoiced for your Virtual Booth Space. Payment is due when you return your contract, by January 31st, 2021.

What is the cost of a booth?

Micro Booth: $95
Single Booth: $200
Shared Booth: $250
Double Booth: $350

What if I want to include marketing addons that are not part of my booth package?

We are offering some  Marketing extras a la carte:

  • Additional product image tile on  “Walkthrough” carousels through show – $20
  • Your video in rotation on the Vendor Marketplace page  – $30
  • Introduction Video rotated twice through front page of FIberworld Site prior to show – $35
  • Placard Ad on stages (shown on Fiberworld stages at least 5 times during show) – $40
  • 20 second-long Video Ad (shown on Fiberworld stages at least 3 times during show) – $95
  • Lounge Event with your branding, listed on main schedule, and staffed by a Fiberworld moderator  – $25

What are the Booth Packages?

Micro Booth:

  • One virtual booth template option.
  • One zoom interactive window.
  • One product image tile linked to your booth in one of the “Walkthrough” carousels on the Fiberworld site.

Single Booth:

  • Three virtual booth template options.
  • One interactive zoom window.
  • Two product image tiles linked to your booth in one of the “Walkthrough” carousels on the Fiberworld site.
  • One introduction video placed in rotation on the Marketplace page prior to show, as well as viewable in your booth during the show.
  • Optional participation in scavenger hunt(s), yarn crawl(s), and other events coordinated by Fiberworld.

Double Booth:

  • Choice of Custom built booth or one of the four virtual booth templates. One of our designers will work with you to create a more detailed Virtual Booth Page. With a double booth, you can use all of our individual booth design elements to create a page that is more intricate, customized, and better shows off your products.
  • One interactive zoom window.
  • Two product image tiles linked to your booth in the “Walkthrough” carousels on the Fiberworld site.
  • One introduction video placed in rotation on the Marketplace during the show, as well as rotated twice through the front page of the Fiberworld site prior to the show dates.
  • Placard Ad on the two Fiberworld stages (at least 5 impressions during the show)
  • An Instagram page takeover day
  • Introduction video broadcast on our IGTV channel.
  • Optional participation in scavenger hunt(s), yarn crawl(s), and other events coordinated by Fiberworld.

Shared Booth:

  • A shared booth is shared between two businesses.  There is one template, which is divided to give equal visibility to each vendor. The space allocation in the template will have the logos for each Vendor at the top and distinct areas for each of their products. It has the same Livestream Video Window as the single booth. The sharing Vendors will need to work out a schedule for  staffing the booth. Shared booths get the same features as a single booth except that you get 1 product image tile per business on the “Walkthrough” carousels (total of 2) . 

What are the "Walkthrough" carousels on the Fiberworld site?

Think of these carousels as an opportunity for customers to “walkthrough” the Marketplace and see a variety of what is available even before entering a single booth – just like at a real show! When something catches their eye (a color, kit, or notion), they can click on the image and go right to your booth! These images will be product only, no logos or pricing, just as if you walked by at a festival.

How do sales work?

We are offering vendors 4 options for displaying and selling your goods at Fiberworld. All transactions are routed to your own sales vehicle (your website, PayPal, Etsy, wherever you say), and we collect no fees from your sales. You pay one flat fee for your virtual booth interface.
Note: Instructors, Demonstrators, and Lecturers receive $50 off Vendor Booth rates.

When is the Marketplace open?

Vendor Marketplace is open from 10 am – 7 pm (EDT) daily July 22-25, 2021

Do I need to be in my booth the whole show?

No. you set your own booth hours

When you are not “live,” your Virtual Booth will still be available for viewing and links will be active for customers. That means your products will be available 24 hours a day, to anyone, anywhere.
